1.Avocados

Many are those who dislike avocados’ odd texture, but this nutritious fruit is incredibly high in nutrients such as vitamin E, potassium, and essential fatty acids. 4.Eggplant

This dark and mysterious vegetable is flexible, which every adult must try! Eggplant’s spongy texture is an excellent source of ‘nasunin,’ a potent antioxidant that prevents cell membranes’ damage. It is super easy to like and incorporate this in your every dish due to its adaptability. It soaks in every flavor you already have and add its own. Vegans love this low-key veg since it is a common substitute for meat-based dishes. Bring on the burger!

5.Fish
