Directions to Make Kids Teriyaki Burger
For Teriyaki Sauce
- Take a small pan and bring to boil the water in it.
- Now put soy sauce, ginger, and honey minced garlic into this pan and keep the flame of gas on low.
- Add the cornflour mixed with ¼ cups of water into this mixture according to the thickness of the sauce you want and keep stirring continuously.
Burger patties
- Take a mixing bowl and add minced beef, soy sauce, red onion, ginger, salt, and pepper into it and mix well.
- Now make the patties of this mixture.
- Now put some oil on a barbeque grill or in a pan and fry these patties for a few minutes on both sides until it is slightly brown in color.
- Put 1 tsp of teriyaki sauce on the patties when ready to take out of the pan.
- Now add a slice of cheese on the top of the patties and let it melt.
Burger Toppings
- Take a pan or grill and brown the buns from the sides.
- Plate the buns and add the patties into them along with the wasabi aioli sauce o the regular mayonnaise whatever you like.
- Put some teriyaki sauce on the burger and to its base from inside.
- Add some burger toppings whichever you like and enjoy!
